This Sunday morning we jump back into our Fruit of the Spirit series by reflecting on the fruit of faithfulness. This characteristic points to a reliability or trustworthiness in the way we live. In our words, actions and relationships we are called to be faithful. Again this fruit points to the character of God. He is the Faithful One, and Jesus is described in Scripture as the Faithful Witness. God is trustworthy and reliable in all he does and so we can take him at his word. As the Spirit works in us, we live more and more faithfully as well.
