About Friendship
Do you ever feel…
Like you’re going through life all alone? There must be more to this life, right? Why, even when surrounded by neighbors, friends, family, and coworkers, do you feel so isolated?
At Friendship Church, you can find real relationships. You can discover that life doesn’t have to be lonely. You don’t have to figure out this whole “parenting” thing alone. You don’t have to be isolated when you lose a loved one. And in so many other circumstances, real relationships can make a world of difference. We know it. We’ve been there. Come find true friendships.
We Are
Christian Reformed.
We are part of a collection of churches across North America who hold fast to the teachings of the Bible, historically following the 16th century reformer John Calvin.
Gospel-Centered.
Our church is centered on gospel proclamation, teaching, and evangelism. We seek opportunities to share the gospel with friends, neighbors, and loved ones.
Multigenerational.
We embrace people from across generational lines. Every person has value, and we want to enable every person, regardless of age, to be a part of the ministry work.
Generous.
At Friendship, we live generously—by giving of time, talents, and money to ministries, missions, and programs we’re passionate about that helps further the gospel.
Hospitable.
We value hospitality. We seek opportunities to be hospitable to our neighbors, whether that’s our physical neighbor, or someone we’ve never met.
Prayerful.
There’s power in prayer. Our congregation sees value in praying without ceasing. We love to pray for each other, and to carry each other’s burdens.
Servants.
We serve any way we can. That might be an organized event in the community, or that might be helping our neighbor or loved one.
Missional.
We are on a mission to make disciples. We are committed to cultivating, sharing, and celebrating the love of God with people everywhere.
