This Sunday evening we continue our series in 2 Corinthians by considering the words of warning and promise Paul writes at the end of chapter 6. These words remind us of the danger of connecting ourselves with idols or false teaching, which only lead to darkness. In Christ, we have been yoked to the Lord, who is now our God and Father, just as he promised to his people long before. Since this is our reality, we strive to live in the power of the Spirit so that nothing will contaminate this new relationship with the Lord.
