This Sunday evening we continue our series in 2 Corinthians. In these verses, Paul is still encouraging the believers in Corinth to participate generously in the offering he is collecting for Christians in need in Jerusalem. Paul describes the the care they are planning to take in collecting and distributing these gifts the Corinthians give. This is a reminder that not only is the giving we do meant to honor the Lord, but also the way we handle gifts of money, time or other resources given is also to honor him. In what ways might you be able to honor the Lord in your giving? In what ways can you honor him in the way you handle gifts others entrust to you?
